How we price

Investment scoped to outcomes, not a menu.

We don't publish 'From $X' pricing because it anchors you to the wrong number. Every engagement is scoped to the problem you're solving and the outcome you're driving toward. Here's how we think about it.

Our philosophy

Three things that shape every number we quote.

Pricing is a reflection of how we work: senior-led, scoped to outcomes, and honest about what it takes to ship.

We scope to the outcome, not a menu.

Two projects with the same label can be wildly different in scope. Instead of a price list that anchors you to the wrong number, we ask about the problem, the stakeholders, and the deadline — then quote a real, fixed number on the first call.

Senior people, start to finish.

The person who scopes your work is the person who delivers it. You are not paying for layers of account managers translating intent through a junior team. That is where the value — and the price — comes from.

No surprise invoices.

Fixed scope means a fixed number. If scope changes, we tell you before the work happens — not after, on a bill. More than 90% of our work comes from clients who come back, and that only happens when pricing is honest.

Typical ranges

Where most engagements land.

These are starting points, not quotes. The right fit depends on scope, timeline, and the outcome you're driving toward — which is exactly what we'll figure out together on the first call.

Strategy Sprint

Low five figures

A 2–4 week engagement that ends with a defensible 90-day roadmap and a kickoff-ready brief.

Custom Build

Mid five figures+

A focused site through to a multi-portal platform, shipped weekly by a senior pod.

Technical Partnership

Monthly retainer

A senior pod embedded inside your team with a clear remit and quarterly outcomes.

The value comparison

Senior leadership, without the salary line.

  • A senior product leader in Toronto costs $140K–$180K/year, fully loaded.
  • A Swash partnership gives you senior leadership and shipped outcomes at a fraction of that cost.
  • No recruiting, no benefits, no ramp time — the senior team is already assembled.

Not sure where you fit?

Start with a conversation, not a contract.

Book a 30-minute call. We'll ask three questions about your goals, timeline, and constraints — and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit and roughly what the engagement should look like. Whether or not you work with us, you'll leave with a clearer picture.
